I have received wrong/damaged product.
All orders are covered under Buyer Protection. If the product is wrong or damaged or substantially differ as per product detail page, you can return the product and claim refund. For details, read our Buyer Protection Policy.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, your payment is 100% secure. If you have any issue you can directly reach us.
Is there any order cancellation charges?
If the order is cancelled by you without any valid reason then cancellation charges will apply. Please read our Return & Refund policy for details.
However if order is cancelled due to any technical reason by yourself or ourselves, no cancellation charges will be applied.
My order never arrived
All orders are secured. We offer 45 day buyer protection on all orders. Please contact us if your order is not received.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”
It takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system for most of shipping companies. If tracking information is not available for your order more than 5 business days of shipping the package, please contact us.
What about Customs?
We don’t deal or pay any custom fees or excise duties levied at destination country. Most of time no custom or excise duties are charged due to small shipping packages. However you have to pay customs or excise duty if levied, when packages arrive to your country.

Why my order is cancelled?
All orders if placed successfully on the website are final and 99.9 percent of the times there are no issues.
However, goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. Moreover, at times, the ordered item may have been damaged in our stocks and hence cannot be sold. If your ordered item becomes out of stock or there is any other issue, we will let you know as soon as possible and your amount will be refunded.
