All orders can be cancelled until they are not shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel the order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Returns are accepted if

  • If product is not as described, or
  • Product is different as ordered (i.e color)
  • Prodcut has production fault.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.


You can request for refund if you don’t receive package within Guaranteed Period (i.e 45 days plus 2-5 business days of processing time)

Refunds are guranted if

  • If product is not as described, or
  • Product is different as ordered (i.e color)
  • Product is not received within Guaranteed Period of Delivery (45 days+Processing Time)

However refund request will not be entertained, if

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address etc.)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster etc.)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside our control.


Partial Refunds can also be requested. You can keep the product and contact for partial refund if;

  • If product is not as described, or
  • Product is different as ordered (i.e color)

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message at support@bagnclutches.com

If your request for REFUND is approved, refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet,

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bagnclutches.com.

SALES ITEMS: (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGE POLICY: (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bagnclutches.com. Once your request for exchange is approved, we shall provide you shipping address of relevant warehouse. However you have to bear shipping charges. You can also keep the product and request for Partial Refund.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Before shipping the product, contact us at support@bagnclutches.com for address of relevant warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your prodcut. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
