Our business model is online worldwide and hence we do not have any retail display stores in any part of the world.

Yes, you will receive tracking information via email once your order shipped. You can also track your order on Order Tracking page. Tracking information is also available in your account dash. If you haven’t created account or received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. For more information, read Shipping & Payments Policy.

All packages are shipped by ePacket or EMS from our warehouse in China, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

We process all orders within 2-5 working days. It may take 10-30 days to deliver the package to you depending on your country/region. Please read Shipping & Payments policy for details.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply the discount after you have placed your order. Please check that the discount has been applied before you confirmed the order. You can avail the discount in next order if promo code not expires.
