Can I modify/Cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us right away. We cannot modify or cancel an order once it is processed even it is not shipped. However, last-minute changes to unshipped orders are possible.
If you are unable to make the changes before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Please review our return policy for details. Please ensure you review all your details before you complete the checkout process
Can I pay using PayPal without a PayPal account?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.
Without a PayPal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by PayPal.

Do you have display a store?
Our business model is online worldwide and hence we do not have any retail display stores in any part of the world.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive tracking information via email once your order shipped. You can also track your order on Order Tracking page. Tracking information is also available in your account dash. If you haven’t created account or received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. For more information, read Shipping & Payments Policy.
How can I place orders?

How do I make payments using PayPal?
PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. How long it will take to receive my order
We process all orders within 2-5 working days. It may take 10-30 days to deliver the package to you depending on your country/region. Please read Shipping & Payments policy for details.
I forget to apply my promo code before I confirmed my order. Can I still avail the discount?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply the discount after you have placed your order. Please check that the discount has been applied before you confirmed the order. You can avail the discount in next order if promo code not expires.
