SHIPPINGS:
We offer international shipping services. We currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our valued customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How do you ship packages?
All packages are shipped by ePacket or EMS from our warehouse in China, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
Is my country supported by ePacket Shipping?
As of January 2018, there are a total of 39 countries that are supported by China Post’s ePacket service:

* Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. However, packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.
** Packages can be shipped to mainland UK as well as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
*** Packages can be shipped to all states, territories and military addresses within the United States.

What about customs?
We don’t deal or pay any custom fees or excise duties levied at destination country. Most of time no custom or excise duties are charged due to small shipping packages. However you have to pay customs or excise duty if levied, when packages arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive tracking information via email once your order shipped. Tracking information is also available in your account dash. If you haven’t created account or received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
It takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system for most of shipping companies. If tracking information is not available for your order more than 5 business days of shipping the package, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
If you have order for more than 1 item in single order, all items are combined and shipped in 1 package. However for some logistical reasons (like different warehouses), items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. But don’t worry, we shall provide separate tracking information for all packages.
